You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery on any saree that is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Custom-made and stitched blouses are not eligible for return unless we have made an error. In such cases, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
How it works
- Write to care@shriika.in with your order number and reason.
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost on serviceable PIN codes.
- Once we receive and quality-check the saree, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
